It's fairly quiet and calm here in Lubbock. We have absolutely nothing
worth attacking here, so we're mostly just watching the news in shock. 

We are also mobilizing blood drives. I haven't gotten through all my email
yet, so I don't know if it's been mentioned, but those of you in the US who
are in safe places and can do so, please go and donate blood. It is badly
needed, and you get a spiffy colored bandage to wear.
