Subject: Testing of gutter defenses.

1. In order to perform certain security test of the Gutter defenses 
the control of Gutter security forces and gutter weaponry has been 
handed over to the Koala for a undisclosed amount of time. While the 
security forces are running amok, I mean testing the defenses control 
of the Dark Jedi Will be given to the special ops Panda, with the 
Gopher and Ferret running the Temple of Mayhem. All Koala Cult 
functions will be handled by the fruit bat.
