Anne-Lise,

Now that's some quality sci-fi! With the emphasis on the "sci" part,
and backed by enough research to choke a Grand National's worth of
horses. Characterization is still good, and you don't have to apologize
for the lack of sex--B/W kissage is always good enough to keep us
going.

And it's nice to see Anya using her background to enhance her life. But
of course, she's fibbing when she says she met Jesus; she told us her
age quite clearly in "Doppelgangland" ("I'm 1120 years old! Just give
me a frickin' beer!"). So she was born in 879 or possibly 878--she's
too young to have even met Charlemagne.
