Buffy moved carefully through the graveyard on her nightly patrol, 
searching for the younger slayer. She rounded the corner of the 
mausoleum and a hand reached out from the doorway and pulled her in.  
The blonde slayer quickly broke the grip on her shoulder and jumped 
back pulling a stake from her jacket.

"God Faith you scared me have to death!"

"Sorry, didn't want anyone to see me."

"Did any of the mayors people see you come here."

"No, they don't know I am here."

"Good, are you sure about this?"

"Yeah, I mean we talked about, the mayor thinks I am rouge so we 
should play off that."

"Then its working?"

"B it's workin' like a charm, he thinks I hate you guys and am on his 
side."

"Okay, be careful though, I wouldn't want to explain it t Willow if 
you got yourself hurt."

"How is Red doing?"

"She misses you a lot, and can't wait for this whole thing to get 
over. We all do, are you sure about this Faith?

"It's are only chance we are gonna get to lure the mayor into the 
trap. I pretend to be on his side, betray him at graduation and lure 
him into the gym, there is no other way B, I have to do it."

"Okay but be careful."

" I'll be careful."

"Any messages you want me to take back?"

"Tell everyone I'm okay and tell Red I love her."

"I can do that?Faith you know Wills missed you a lot."

"I know, I miss her too," Faith replied, tears forming in her eyes.

Buffy placed her hand on Faith's shoulder, "Your gonna get through 
this and in a couple of weeks we have a big graduation and we kicked 
the mayors butt party and you and Willow can hug and kiss each other 
all you want."

Most of the graduating class was walking around in shock as the 
sounds of sirens grew louder. A few days from now everyone would be 
talking about how a gang attacked at graduation, blew up the school, 
and killed the mayor, but for now everyone's minds was filled with 
the haunting reality of what had really happened, A group of vampires 
attacked, the mayor had tuned into a giant worm, at the Snyder, tried 
to kill a brunette who ran into the school and blew it up

Willow watched in terror as her best friend carried Faith out of the 
burtn out remains of Sunnydale high. Her lover seemed so motionless 
in Buffy's arms.

"OH god no," Willow screamed as she rushed over to the slayers.

Buffy laid Faith down carefully on the ground, "Willow, I- I?."

"What happened?!"

"She couldn't get out In time, she got caught up in the explosion."

"No! This can't be happening, she wasn't suppose to be hurt."

"Wills?"

"She wasn't suppose to get hurt," Willow sobbed as a medical team 
rushed over to take Faith to the ER.

Two years later?.

Willow's heart was pounding rapidly in her chest as she stood there 
staring at the brunette. She could barely believe her eyes it had 
been almost two years since Faith had sacrificed herself at 
graduation so they could defeat the mayor. Two years of hospital 
visits and praying to the Goddess , but now it had finally happened, 
her Faith had come back to her.

Willow careful reached out and brushed her hand against Faith's 
cheek, afraid that it was all an illusion, that if she moved to 
quickly it would all fade away and she would find her lover still in 
a comma.

Faith let out a deep sigh as she felt Willow's tender caress across 
her cheek, she took her lovers hand and kissed each of her 
fingers, "Red, I missed you so much, God just to see you again, just 
to tell you how much I love you, it's everything to me."

Tears of Joy filled Willow's eyes as she took Faith in her arms and 
held her tightly, there hearts beat as one and time seemed to stand 
still as they embraced, so many years had been lost since Faith had 
used herself as bait at graduation.

"Promise you won't ever leave me again," Willow whispered into Faiths 
ear.

"I won't ever leave you again," Faith replied sealing her promise 
with a kiss.

"I missed you so much, God Faith I love more than ever."

"Same here Red, I think I would have gone mad if you hadn't came and 
talked to me everyday."

"You could hear me?"

"I could hear everything, I just couldn't reply," Faith sobbed.

"That must have been awful, I'm so sorry."

"Don't be, I knew the chances when I pretended to side with the 
mayor, I knew the chances when he found out I had betrayed him, and I 
sure as hell knew what was my odds where when I lured his ass into a 
school wired with explosives, but I had to do it."

"Why, why did you have to do it, we could have found another way."

"There wasn't another way and I couldn't risk having you get hurt in 
the fight, it was the only way I could know you where safe Red."

Willow squeezed Faith as tightly as she could and passionately 
embraced her, "God how I love you."

Willow and Faith's embrace was broken by the sound of a male clearing 
his throat, the two lovers truend around and smiled at the watcher.

"I got the last of the paper work cleared up," Giles stated, "so we 
can get out of her now."

"Thanks, G man," Faith replied as she picked up her backpack of the 
hospital bed and wrapped her other arm around Willows waist.

"Uh Faith, sweetheart.."

"Yeah love."

"We have to take you out of her in a wheel chair, it's hospital 
policy."

"That's nuts, I'm a slayer I don't need a chair," Faith exclaimed.

"It's policy, "Willow answered putting in her best resolve 
face, "could you do it for me?"

Faith looked at Willow and new there was no way she could resist her 
lovers charms, "I'd do anything for you but I have one question.'

Okay, what is it?"

"Who's this Tara that has been coming with B to visit me, cause from 
what I heard why I was out of it they seem to be really into each 
other."

"It's a long story, I'll tell you about it after."

"After what?"

"After I get you back to my place and we catch up on a little lost 
time," Willow replied with a mischievous grin."

Willow swung the door open to her dorm room, "Your castle awaits my 
Lady."

"My castle? I like the sound of that," Faith replied.

"Faith?."

Faith turned slowly around her eyes locking on the soft green eyes of 
her lover. She felt like she had been some how magically transported 
from the living nightmare of the last two years and placed gently 
down in heaven, "W-W-Willow...I missed so much."

Willow pulled Faith into an embraced and kissed the brunette's 
forehead, "I know sweetly but its gonna be okay know, cause I got you 
back and I'm never gonna let go."

"You promise," Faith softy cried."

With all my heart," Willow answered as she gave into her own tears.

Willow's lips brushed up against Faiths and the two lovers exchanged 
there first kiss in two years. Willow deepened the kiss causing 
Faith to melt into her arms. In a matter of moments passion was 
racing through both their bodies as there tongues inter twined in an 
erotic dance.

Willow and Faith's hands moved gracefully across each other's bodies, 
as they reacquainted themselves with there lovers most sensitive 
parts. Willow placed her head on Faith's shoulder and blew softly on 
the brunette's neck.

Faith let out a low moan at her lovers teasing and Firmly pulled 
Willow into her. The read head wrapped her legs around Faith's waste 
and lightly kissed her neck. 

Faith carefully to a few steps over to the bed and gently placed 
Willow down. She then kicked of her shoes and began to perform an 
sensual strip tease for her redheaded hacker.  

Willow tore of her sweater and pants and lay back on the bed and 
watch Faith slowly remover her top. She slid her, down into her 
satin panties, and began to slowly rub her rapidly swelling mound.

feel like?"

"Feel like what?"

"I feel like everyone's moved on and I've been left behind."

"Don't say that," Willow cried, holding her lover close, "I would 
never leave you behind. The last two years all I wanted to do is get 
you back."

"I didn't mean it like that it's just that every bodies changed and I 
a still the same old Faith."

"We haven't changed that much, I'm still your girl, I always will be."

"Thanks?could we go over everything again before Giles gets back with 
the cake and everyone shows up?"

"Sure where you want to start?"

"How about with B."

"Well Buffy is still Buffy, I mean she is in college and everything 
but still basically the same old Buffy."

"You said her Mom almost died?"

"Yeah she had a tumor, Buffy came home and found her on the floor but 
used CPR and was able to bring her back before the medics got there."

And she's okay now?"

"Yeah she is gonna be her today, I think she made cookies."

"Coolness, B's Mom makes the best cookies.. Now about this Tara?"

"She's a witch like me, met her at the Wiccain group on campus and we 
started practicing magic together, though I noticed that she kept 
losing her concentration every time Buffy would stop by."

"Okay go on."

"I decided to introduce them and see what happens, a few moths later 
they were dating."

"That's cool so B joined us on the home team."

"More or less."

"So did ya get a toaster?"

"Faith!"

"Sorry couldn't resist," Faith mischievously replied.

Willow gave Faith a quick kiss on the lips, "Neither could I."

"Okay we're getting side tracked. I think I got the B and Tara thing 
down how bout the X man?"

"Xander, he's working construction and dating Anya."

"Who used to be a demon right?"

"Yeah, she's still learning her people skills and talks about sex 
with Xander a lot."

"Ewww."

"Exactly."

"Is she the one who has the tact of a Panzer?"

"Yeah that would be here."

"So bedsides dating a ex-demon is there anything else I should know 
about Xander?"

"Not really he's basically the same old Xander."

"How about Giles?"

"Well he runs the magic shop and is still Buffy's watcher, I guess he 
is gonna be your watcher also."

"That's cool, but didn't he get fired?"

"Yeah but there was the whole Glory thing."

"Yeah I'm still confused over that, I mean Dawn was some kind of Key?"

"Yeah and Glory?"

"The hell goddess"

"Right, she tried to use Dawn to get back to her own realm."

"Right and Buffy kicked her butt, and Spike saved Dawn."

But died doing it?"

"Right."

"It's gonna take me a while to get that one figured out, specially 
the part of fang boy being a good guy and helping save the day."

"It'll take time, but I'm gonna be her to help you."

Thanks," Faith replied, kissing Willow on the cheek.

"Okay Giles?"

"Well the basically the council showed up, Buffy told them how it was 
gonna be, made them hire Giles back, with a raise and back pay."

"Wow so B sorta has the council in the palm of her hand."

"More or less."

"God this is gonna be harder than I thought."

"Don't worry, I'm not gonna go anywhere."
