I strongly recommend Giganews. They allow 8GB of downloads for 15 
USD, and have a 3 week retention.

I use Giganews to keep up-to-date with Angel, Buffy, Enterprise, 
MutantX & Smallville, usually seeing them pre-air US.

(alt.binaries.multimedia, alt.binaries.multimedia.startrek, 
alt.binaries.multimedia.buffy-v-slayer)

PS. I had to take the mp3s offline because my bandwidth dropped to 
0.000001 % available. :/
