After Buffy and Willow were seperated Buffy was escorted to another 
interrogation room.When Buffy walked into the interrogation room she 
saw a man sitting across the table from and empty chair and he 
started to stand up when he saw her.After standing up the man 
motioned toward the empty chair and then said please have a 
seat.Buffy walked up to the table and plopped down in the chair after 
pulling it further away from the table.Buffy took a quick glance 
around the room seeing exactly where everyone else in the room and 
sizing them up as well.The man across the table cleared his throat to 
get her attention and she turned to look at him.Buffy said i dont 
know what the hell is going on but i damn well be better told quick 
before i demand to contact the american embassy.A woman in the back 
of the room said you have seen too many spy movies young lady.The man 
across the table cleared his throat again and Buffy looked back at 
him.Captain Stonetree said before i explain what has happened let me 
introduce myself and my associates to you.Buffy said sure but hurry 
up i want to know why me and my girlfriend were arrested when we have 
done nothing to be arrested for.

Captain Stonetree said I am Captain Stonetree of the the 68th 
precinct.Buffy nodded and then Captain Stonetree said the two people 
to my left are Territorial Prosecutor Brenda Smythe and Inspector 
Trevor Masterson of the Canadian Special Crimes Investigative 
Unit.Captain Stonetree turned his head to the right and he said three 
people to my right are detectives Cayton,Manning,and Quint.Buffy said 
well its only fair i introduce myself.Buffy said my name is Buffy 
Summers.

Inspector Trevor Masterson said Miss. Summers a few moments ago you 
mentioned a girlfriend is she the one who was brought in with 
you.Buffy said yes she is now will you please tell me why we were 
arrested.Inspector Trevor Masterson picked up his briefcase and laid 
it in his lap before opening it.Trevor pulled out a notepad,a pen,and 
his laptop computer which he carried almost everywhere with 
him.Territorial Prosecutor Brenda Smythe said Miss. Summers what is 
your girlfriends name and where exactly are you from.Buffy said her 
name is Willow Rosenberg and we are both from Sunnydale.Detective 
Manning said i dont know of anyplace called Sunnydale.Buffy said its 
a medium sized town in California.Inspector Trevor Masterson wrote 
down both Willow's name and Sunnydale on the notepad underneath 
Buffy's name.Captain Stonetree turned to Trevor and said find out 
what you can and Trevor said of course Captain Stonetree.

Buffy jumped to her feet and she said i have had enough of this now 
either one of you guys tell me what exactly the hell is going on or i 
am going to demand to see someone from the American Embassy 
immedietly.Territorial Prosecutor Brenda Smythe said Miss.Summers it 
is in your own best interests to cooperate with us completely because 
you could possibly be connected to the crime your girlfriend and some 
of her friends committed as an accomplice because of your 
relationship with Miss.Rosenberg.Buffy looked at Brenda and she said 
what are you talking about.Captain Stonetree said Miss Summers we 
sketches of the faces of a group of seven mass murderers and 
Miss.Rosenberg matches one of the sketches perfectly.

Trevor Masterson who had connected his laptop's modem with a 
phoneline while they were talking said Miss.Summers will you please 
spell out how Sunnydale spelled.Buffy spelled it out for him and then 
she said is that all.Trevor said thats all i need thanks and then he 
connected to the police website through which he could put in a 
request for the files of Buffy Summers and Willow Rosenberg

Detective Quint said Miss.Summers exactly how long have you and 
Miss.Rosenberg been going out and how did you meet.Buffy said me and 
Willow met durring our sophmore year in high school and we have been 
together for almost four years.Captain Stonetree said almost four 
years are you sure of that.Buffy said yes i am positive but why do 
you ask.Brenda Smythe said Miss.Summers what he means is that have 
the two of you been together almost all the four years or were you 
having an off and on relationsip over the period of four years.Buffy 
said we have been together all the time durring the last for years 
and there hasnt been a night that we havent slept together.

Trevor was watching Buffy seeing how she reacted and what her 
movements were while waiting for the files on them to be found.A 
moment later he heard a beep and he looked down at the screen of his 
laptop.Trevor typed something into the laptop and the files started 
downloading instantly.

Over a thousand miles away Bonnie was almost about to go her motel 
room when the computer terminal beeped.Bonnie walked over to the 
computer and she looked at the screen but didnt see anything out of 
the ordinary.Bonnie was about to leave when she noticed that the flag 
symbol which was right next to the email symbol was raised.Bonnie 
clicked on the flag symbol and after seeing that the files on Willow 
Rosenberg and Buffy Summers had been accessed by someone she 
immedietly picked up the phone and called Devon Miles.

Devon Miles was sound asleep at home when he was awakened by the 
ringing of the telephone that was right next to his bed.Devon picked 
it up and said hell.Bonnie said Devon i am sorry to call you so late 
at night but someone just accessed the files on both Willow Rosenberg 
and Buffy Summers.Devon didnt recognize the names and he said 
who.Bonnie said Devon they are two of the people from Sunnydale who 
told me,Michael,and Jarod where to find the information on Wolfram 
and Hart.Devon said Bonnie i know they helped us out but that is no 
reason to call me at this time of night just because someone accessed 
their files.Bonnie said Devon it was you who told me to place flags 
on their files to let us know if they were accessed and i was to 
inform you immedietly.Devon was silent for a moment and then he said 
Bonnie did i tell you why i wanted their files flagged.Bonnie said 
you wanted their files flagged because of them having permits to 
carry automatic weapons almost anywhere although we were never able 
to find out who authorized the permits and ownership papers.Devon 
said thats right i remeber now and then he said find out who accessed 
the files i will be down in my office in a few minutes.

Once the files were downloaded Trevor clicked on Buffy's file first 
and he started reading it.Trevor spent several minutes looking over 
the file and he saw that it was almost completely clean but then he 
saw a memo that she had had a juvenile record.Trevor tried to bring 
up Buffy's juvenile record but it had been sealed once she reached 
the age of 18 because she had done nothing which have been reason 
enough to keep her juvenile record open.Trevor moved on to Willow's 
file after seeing nothing else in Buffy's file that he and the others 
needed to know.Trevor spent about fifteen minutes carefully scanning 
and rescanning over Willow's file looking for anything which he and 
the others needed to know.Trevor turned to face Captain Stonetree and 
he said sir i have their files.

Captain Stonetree turned to face Trevor and he said what did you 
find.Trevor said I'm afraid Miss.Rosenberg's file is completely clean 
although Miss.Summers did supposedly have a juvenile record but its 
sealed now.Captain Stonetree said are you sure there isnt anything 
strange or unusual in Miss.Rosenberg's file.Trevor said there is 
nothing strange i went over it twice to make sure.Captain Stonetree 
said Trevor dig deeper into Miss.Rosenberg's file and see if there is 
something about her thats not in her file.

Across the room Buffy said i advise you not to do that.Brenda Smythe 
heard Buffy and she said oh why shouldnt we do that.Buffy said you'll 
find out.Captain Stonetree sat back down in his chair and he said 
Miss.Summers would you please tell us about your juvenile 
record.Buffy looked at him and she said why do you want to 
know.Detective Manning said so that we will be able to tell if your 
connected to the mass massacre like your friend Miss.Rosenberg.Buffy 
said i was charged with setting the gym of my high school unfire 
durring a high school dance.Captain Stonetree said is that all and 
Buffy said yes thats it.

Buffy said Captain Stonetree i want to see the sketches of the faces 
of the mass murderers because i cant believe that Willow could do 
such a thing.Captain Stonetree looked over at Brenda and she nodded 
her head in approval.Captain Stonetree opened a file that had been 
laying on the table in front of him and pulled out a set of sketches 
that were kept together by a paperclip.Captain Stonetree removed the 
paperclip and then he started laying sketches across the table in 
front of Buffy.Brenda Smythe said Miss.Summers i want you to take a 
good look at each of these sketches and try to see if you know any of 
them besides Willow.Buffy said ok but i still say that your wrong 
that Willow isnt one of them.Captain Stonetree said take a look at 
this sketch and tell me it isnt her and then he tapped on one of the 
sketches.

Buffy picked up the sketch Captain Stonetree had tapped on and she 
looked at it for over two minutes.Buffy laid the sketch down and she 
said now that i have seen the sketch i can understand what made you 
think it was her.Detective Cayton said Miss.Summers surely you cant 
continue to say that that sketch isnt of Miss.Rosenberg.Brenda Smythe 
said Miss.Summers i can understand you love Miss Rosenberg but you 
have to put your feeling aside and accept that she is a mass 
murderer.Buffy said i have to do no such thing and for your 
information Willow isnt a mass murderer and that sketch proves 
it.Captain Stonetree looked at Buffy and he said what do you 
mean.Buffy said there are several differences between Willow and 
whoever that sketch is made of.Detective Quint said people can make 
themselves look a little bit different if they want to.Buffy said yes 
that is true but there is no way that the person who that sketch was 
made of is Willow.Brenda had a gut feeling in her stomach and she 
said why cant it be Willow.Buffy said well for one thing Willow's 
face is more maturely refined and secondly the hair is wrong.Trevor 
said all it takes to make hair look different is to go to a stylist 
and get it cut or styled differently than usual.Buffy looked at 
Trevor and she said going to a stylist cant make hair that just goes 
past her ears in that sketch reach past Willow's waist.Brenda and all 
the others looked at Buffy and Brenda said are you saying that 
Miss.Rosenberg's hair reaches past her waist.Buffy said yes its about 
an inch or two past her waist.Buffy looked around and then she said 
hold on none of you got a look at Willow when we came in.Captain 
Stonetree said no we didnt we were all in here waiting for 
you.Detective Quint said Captain isnt there a chance that the one who 
described the woman's hair got it wrong.Captain Stonetree said there 
might have been one but i doubt it.Brenda said so do i because such a 
difference in length of hair is almost impossible to be wrong about 
especially when its such a big difference.

When Devon reached his office he pressed a button on his phone and 
a few seconds later Bonnie answered.Devon said Bonnie were you able 
to find out who accesses the files on Buffy Summers and Willow 
Rosenberg.Bonnie said yes i was its an Inspector Trevor Masterson of 
the Canadian special crimes investigative unit.Devon said why would 
an inspector from Canada be accessing the files on Buffy Summers and 
Willow Rosenberg.Bonnie said well i just checked on Buffy and Willow 
and according to their passports they are both in Toronto Canada 
which is where the Inspector is at.Devon said find out how i can 
reach him and find out exactly whats going on.Bonnie said I'm way 
ahead of you Devon and then she told him the phone number for the 
Inspector's cellular phone.Devon quickly picked up a pen and he wrote 
the phone number down on a notepad that was right next to the phone.

Thirty seconds later back in Canada Trevor's cellular phone started 
beeping.Across the room Buffy smiled as she watched Trevor unclip his 
cellular phone from his belt and flip it open.Trevor put the cellular 
phone to his hear and he said hello Trevor Masterson speaking.Devon 
said Inspector Masterson this is Devon Miles of the FBI's Law Watch 
Unit and i am calling to find out why you accessed the files of both 
Buffy Summers and Willow Rosenber.Trevor was shocked and he said 
Devon Miles of the Law Watch Unit because he was quite familiar with 
them.Buffy started snickering which turned to complete laughter.
Trevor turned to look at Buffy and he could tell she knew something 
that she hadnt told them.Captain Stonetree said Inspector Masterson 
tell whoever it is that you will call them back in a little 
while.Trevor moved the phone away from his head while covering the 
reciever with one hand.Trevor said Captain Stonetree its Devon Miles 
of the FBI's Law Watch Unit.Captain Stonetree said i dont care who it 
is tell him you will call him back.Brenda said dont do it Trevor and 
then she turned to face Captain Stonetree.Brenda said Devon Miles 
wouldnt call unless something was up and its best if we find out 
what.Captain Stonetree said ok Inspector go ahead and talk to him but 
hurry up.

Trevor put the phone back to his ear and he said Mr.Miles why are 
you interested in Buffy Summers and Willow Rosenberg and how did you 
know i had accessed their files.Devon said i cant go into detail but 
i can say that they both helped out the Law Watch Unit with a case we 
had several years ago.Trevor said well that explains why you are 
interested in them somewhat but how did you know that i had accessed 
their files.Devon said we have their files flagged because of some 
equipment they have permits to carry around.Trevor said what kind of 
equipment and Devon said guns including a number of fully 
automatics.Trevor turned to look at Buffy and said how did they get 
permits to carry fully automatic guns much less get ownership of 
them.Devon said thats something we still havent been able to find out 
and thats why their files were really flagged.Trevor said you mean 
you havent been able to find out who issued the permits to them and 
Devon said no we havent.Trevor said then why havent you just revoked 
the permits and convisgated the guns.Devon said we started to but 
someone higher up in the goverment interceded and put a no touch on 
their guns.Trevor said sir before i can explain why i accessed their 
files i need to talk to my associates and get their permission to 
tell you anything.Devon said i understand and then he told Trevor a 
phone number that he could be reached by

Captain Stonetree and everyone in the room except Buffy and Trevor 
turned to look at Trevor when he said how did they get permits to 
carry fully automatic guns.Captain Stonetree turned to face Buffy and 
he said is that true.Buffy said yes we have permits to carry fully 
automatic guns anywhere we want to in the united states.Detective 
Quint said Miss.Summers if you havent realized it yet you and 
Miss.Rosenberg are in Canada not the United States so your permits 
are no good up here.Brenda said did you bring any guns up here with 
you.Buffy said of course not we arent stupid.Detective Manning said 
if you had we would have immedietly convisgated them and charged you 
with smuggling guns across the border.Captain Stonetree said i doubt 
that they would do that and then he looked at Buffy and he said and 
dont even think about trying to get permits for guns up here young 
lady because you and your friend cant since your not Canadians.A wide 
sly grin appeared on Buffy's face and Detective Quint said why are 
you smiling like that.Buffy said because Captain Stonetree is 
wrong.Captain Stonetree whirled around and he said what do you mean 
I'm wrong.Buffy said pull out my wallet and take a look through the 
cards.Captain Stonetree said why should i bother there is nothing in 
there i need to see.Buffy said nothing but my permit to carry guns up 
here in Canada.Captain Stonetree yelled what and then he said where 
is your wallet.Buffy pulled out her wallet and she handed it to 
him.Captain Stonetree quickly went through her wallet and he found 
the multiple permit for a number of guns which she could carry in 
Canada.Captain Stonetree carefully examined the multiple permit and 
he could tell that it was authentic.Detective Manning and Brenda both 
almost at the same time said that cant be real.Captain Stonetree said 
I'm afraid it is although i dont have the slightest idea of how she 
got it.Buffy said it was given to me and Willow has one just like it 
as well.

Captain Stonetree said Miss Summers will you please be kind enough 
to tell me how you got permits to carry fully automatic guns in both 
Canada and in the United States.Buffy said actually i only have 
permits to carry fully automatic guns in the United States the permit 
for Canada is only for semi automatic guns.Captain Stonetree looked 
back at the permit and he said your right i didnt see that 
before.Detective Quint said what i want to know is why you and 
Miss.Rosenberg need to carry guns at all.Captain Stonetree said thats 
a good question.Buffy said Well its like this both me and Willow are 
both bonded couriers for an art and antique gallery in Sunnydale as 
well for two other antique shops.Brenda said so you carry guns to 
protect the items you transport.Buffy said well thats one of the 
reasons we do.Captain Stonetree said well what are the other two 
reasons.Buffy said we also carry them to protect ourselves because we 
are both quite rich.Detective Manning said if your both quite rich 
why do you work as bonded couriers.Buffy said because we would get 
really bored if we didnt do anything and being bonder couriers lets 
us travel and get to see sights we might not otherwise see.

Trevor who had finally got off the phone with Devon Miles a minute 
earlier said hey i want to know how you got quite rich because there 
was nothing in either of your files which led me to believe your 
families have money.Buffy said well then you didnt look close enough 
because Willow inherited a million dollars about four years ago after 
her parents died.Trevor said i saw that they had died but i didnt 
know that they have left her some money.Buffy said well they did but 
Willow didnt need it she was already quite rich before then.Captain 
Stonetree said hey lets get back to the matter at hand.Brenda said 
hold on Captain Stonetree i want to know how she and Miss.Summers 
became quite rich.Buffy said Willow is quite good with computers and 
she has sold some computer programs in the past and thats how she 
became quite rich.Detective Cayton said that doesnt explain how you 
came to be quite rich.Buffy said Willow divided her money between me 
and a number of our other friends giving us two million dollars 
each.Brenda said she gave two million dollars to you and her other 
friends.Buffy said yes and we have invested the money she gave us 
quite wisely and currently the poorest of us is worth twenty six 
million.Detective Manning said may i ask how much Miss.Rosenberg is 
worth.Buffy said all i will say is that if me and the others put our 
money together we will almost be equal with her.Captain Stonetree 
said how did she get so much money.Buffy said have any of you heard 
of the NSP programs or the Hellfire encryption.Trevor looked at Buffy 
and he said she's not that Willow Rosenberg and Buffy said yes she is.
