Well, I kind of fall between the categories, so I'll answer on list:

I think the theme is a great idea that has produced some fine fics in
the past. I think you should bring it back. I would love to write for
it, but given that I haven't posted anything in six weeks, I tend to
think that holding your breath waiting for me to tear off a piece in a
week's time might be a dangerous exercise in excessive optimism. So the
spirit is willing but the keyboard might be weak.

That said, I did write a "Smashed" follow-up while I was away for
Thanksgiving in under a week. In longhand, no less. Of course, the
fact that I've yet to type it up and post it in the week I've been back
puts us back at the "not really that fast" self-assessment.

(also, I'm probably a little twigged by the C & C crusade. Yeah, Mad,
I'm a "weenie"--ya wanna make something of it?)
