A few minutes later Buffy said someone has too much clothes on and 
Willow said actually both of us do.Buffy stopped for a moment after 
remebering where they were and then she looked around.Buffy saw the 
blanket curtain and she thought what the hell.Willow had stood up 
with her back to Buffy by this time and she said Buffy will you unzip 
me.Buffy looked back at Willow and she said of course.Buffy reached 
up to the zipper and she started pulling it down but stopped when it 
got half a foot above Willow's waist.Buffy reached up and she started 
pushing the catsuit down the front of Willow's chest.Willow said what 
are you doing Buffy said i am going to take my time and enjoy 
myself.Buffy pressed her body right against Willow's back and she 
reached around and cupped both of Willow's breasts with her 
hands.Buffy pinched both nipples between her fingers and sucked on 
the right side of Willow's neck right behind her ear.Willow moaned 
and then she said Buffy this isnt fair you can touch me but i cant 
touch you at least not where i want to.

Buffy stepped back and she said ok lets do it.Buffy finished 
unzipping the catsuit and while Willow was taking it off Buffy was 
taking off her clothes.Willow carefully folded up the catsuit and she 
placed it on top of one of the bunks so it wouldnt be in the 
way.Buffy did the same with her clothes and then she walked up to 
Willow who was facing her.Buffy and Willow kissed and then Willow 
started sliding lower kissing as she went.Willow kissed down Buffy's 
throat and then down to her breasts.With one hand Willow cupped the 
left breast while every few seconds she would slide the tip of a 
finger across the top of the nipple.The other breast she started

A few moments later Buffy demanded her turn and after giving Willow

In the next cell Janice,Peter,and Kermit were all in the bunks away

Down in one of the cells at the very front one of the men had been 
awakened by Willow's cry and he sat up in his bunk to see what was 
happening.The next second he heard another cry and he turned around 
to look down the row of cells.He didnt see anything happening in the 
next cell or the one after that but then he saw two bunks that were 
right in front of the bars to the second to the last cell and they 
hadnt been there earlier.The man yelled hey whats going on down there 
and who the hell is doing it.The man in the bunk above his said hey 
shut up man we are trying to get some sleep.The man said how are we 
supposed to sleep if someone down there is having sex.The man in the 
top bunk leaned up and he said what are you talking about.The next 
second a cry was heard and both men turned to look down the row of 
cells.The man standing said thats what i was talking about.

Five minutes later almost everyone in the cells at the front of the 
cellblock were awake and they were listening to the sounds coming 
from the second to the last cell.One of the men who had heard enough 
yelled hey you down there stop that we are trying to sleep and 
several people yelled in agreement with him.

Sgt.Zimmer walked into the holding cell area and he yelled what the 
hell is all the yelling about.A woman walked up to the cell door and 
she said some people down there are making too much noise and they 
woke us up.Sgt.Zimmer said get back into your bunks i will go tell 
them to be quiet and then he started walking down toward the end of 
the cells.One man yelled you lucky bastard and several others in the 
cell started snickering.Sgt.Zimmer was approaching the third to the 
last cell and he said hey you three where is all the noise i have 
been told coming from.A cry was suddenly heard that bounced off the 
walls making it sound larger than it was.Sgt.Zimmer immedietly spun 
toward the second to the last cell and thats when he saw the bunks 
right in front of the cell and the blankets and sheets that were 
being used as a type of curtain.Sgt.Zimmer turned to look at Peter 
and the others in the cell and he said dont tell they are doing what 
i think they are doing.Peter said yes cop they are doing exactly what 
you think they are doing.Sgt.Zimmer said but this is a police station 
not a motel they cant do that here.Janice said are you going to tell 
them that and Kermit said hey cop you can try but i dont think they 
are going to pay you any attention.Sgt.Zimmer said we will see about 
this and he headed back toward the front.

When he got back to the booth Sgt.Zimmer he immedietly pushed the 
extention for Captain Reese's office.A moment later Captain Reese 
answered and he said Captain Reese speaking.Sgt.Zimmer said Captain 
Reese this is Sgt.Zimmer down in the holding cellblock and i have a 
problem.Captain Reese said are the people down there rioting or 
causing trouble.Sgt.Zimmer said no sir they arent and to be precise 
its the two women in the second to the last cell which are acting 
out.Captain Reese stood up and he said what exactly are they 
doing.Sgt.Zimmer said well a while ago they were sparring in the cell 
but now they are making out.Captain Reese stood there for a few 
seconds and then he said Sgt.Zimmer will you please repeat that i 
dont think i heard you.Sgt.Zimmer said they are making out in the 
cell sir and they arent being quiet about it at all.The phone slid 
out of Captain Reese's hands he was so shocked by what he had been 
told.Captain Reese picked up the phone and he said Sgt.Zimmer see if 
you can get them to stop and if you cant seperate them and place them 
in seperate cells by themselves.Sgt.Zimmer said sir if i am going to 
have to seperate them i am going to need a lot of help.Captain Reese 
said what do you mean.Sgt.Reese said sir i watched them spar for a 
few moments and its going to take quite a number of cops to seperate 
them especially if they are in the mood to makeout.Captain Reese said 
ok just leave them alone and hopefully they will wear themselves out 
quickly.

An hour later Sgt.Zimmer was at his desk in the booth banging his 
head against it because they were still at it.

Down in the second to the last cell Buffy had her hand wrapped 
around the two of the bars that was inbetween the first and second 
cells.Willow was laying on top of her with her legs toward Buffy's 
head and she was sucking on Buffy's clit while four fingers of one 
hand was inside Buffy.A second later Buffy started having one of the 
biggest orgasims she had had so far that night and Willow just held

Later on that night Sgt.Zimmer was walking down the cells checking 
to see that nothing wrong was going on.When he reached the third to 
the last cell he saw a piece of paper that was laying against one of 
the bars.Sgt.Zimmer walked over to where the piece of paper was and 
picked it up.Sgt.Zimmer unfolded it and he read the note which said 
they will need a large bowl,some soap,and plenty of water to clean 
themselves with please see to it that they get it and it was signed 
Janice.Sgt.Zimmer pocketed the note and then he headed back the way 
he came.When he got to his office he told a patrolman who was walking 
by to take this note to Captain Reese immedietly.
