I've been pondering this but I can't see Buffy being the Big Bad of
this season, if she's ever going to be a big bad then it'll be in the
final season (possibly 7)...

It is the same suit as Joss himself has said that Spike in tweed in
Tabula Rasa is a direct reference to Restless...
On the subject of Restless here are my thoughts on what parts have
already been covered and a bit of speculation about the future and
how it all relates...
Willow's dream:
The whole Miss Kitty Fantastico thing - was this to throw us off, was
it just random - I can't think of anything at that's happened yet or
going on at the moment that we could link it to...
People finding out about Willow, which she tries to ignore - Could
this being referring to her overuse of magic, could it be a direct
reference to the forget spell she did on Tara and then the screwed up
one in Tabula Rasa, or could it be something else altogether...
The writing on Tara - someone told me that it's one of Sappho's
poems, not being able to read greek I shall agree with them...!
Unfortunately I can't find the site with the translation but I
remember it possibly having some reference in it...
The play, or rather showing up for something unprepared and things
going wrong - could that be a reference to the spell to bring Buffy
back, or maybe something else...
More finding out about the real Willow and being punished - again
this could be related to Wrecked or it could be something else...
Buffy removing Willow's "costume" to reveal the "plain old Willow"
that she was in the beginning - this could be directly related to
what's happened in Wrecked and Willow giving up magic...
And then Anya's comment about a Greek Tragedy - this could be where
the show is heading...
Finally in Willow's dream, no one helping her when she's being
attacked - this could be nothing, or it could be an omen for her
losing the trust of the one's she loves and her friends...
Xander's dream:
The Joyce thing and the Initative watching him pee thing I don't
really get..!
Spike in tweed and Giles saying "Spike's like a son to me" - Tabula
Rasa, it has to be... Also there's a mention of sharks with feet
which could be a reference to the Loan Shark!
Buffy calling Xander big brother, never really been sure about this
one but could be a reference to the way the group interact...
Anya talking about getting back into vengeance and this year being a
big year for vengeance - could that be a reference to Riley leaving
and Spike getting obsessed with Buffy and then spurned in Season 5...
Willow and Tara - not really sure, although possibly a reference to
how Willow used to feel about Xander and could again be to do with
Tabula Rasa...
Anya's driving or lack of it - well she proved that she couldn't
drive in Triangle!!
People talking French and Xander not understanding - could be the
fact that he has no real superpowers or supernaturalness to him...
Apocalypse Now with Snyder - not sure on this one either...
Giles' dream:
Giles hypnotising Buffy - Hmmm... Another thing that has me
stumped...
Buffy being really childish and Giles acting like a parent - Could be
related to Buffy leaving parental things to Giles before he left and
not talking to Dawn about things, even though Giles tried to point
her in the right direction...
Olivia in tears while Spike poses and makes a comment about Giles
having to "make up his mind" - could this be about The Gift and Giles
killing Ben, could this be about Giles leaving (either time)...
Xander's comment "I promised Anya I'd be there for her big night. Now
I'll probably be pushing up daisies" - is this an omen for the
wedding, or is it something entirely different...???
Giles singing - just random or a hint at the musical...
Also calling the first slayer "Some primal evil" - is this some
comment about the source of Buffy's power, also hinted at by
Dracula...
Buffy's dream:
Anya trying to wake Buffy up and Buffy saying "I'm not really in
charge of these things" - hint about her dying and them resurrecting
her...???
Another 730 reference - flashback to the original one in Graduation
Day 2 which predicted Buffy's death...
"Be back before dawn" - has to be a reference to little sis...!
Joyce living in the wall - is this a reference to her dying, or is it
something totally different...???
BUFFY: We're not demons.
ADAM: Is that a fact?
- a possible reference to Buffy being back wrong or just another hint
at the origin of the slayer...
Riley's comment as he walks out - Prophecy of his leaving....
Much discussion about the first slayer and how slayers should be
alone with no friends - this could be a reference to the emotion
caused by Buffy's death (slayers are alone as they are destined to
die) or could be a partial alienation that happened after Buffy
returned...
That's my thoughts, however incoherent some of them are...
