*Mod* Change to the Lists

Due to the upcoming of spam again on the lists, I've decided to make a
change in the moderation system, requiring the first posts of new members to
be moderated.
There won't be any changes to the signup, everyone is still free to join,
but this means, that if you just joined the lists, your first post(s) (I'm
not 100% sure yet, how many posts are moderated) will be delayed, until I've
had the chance to give them my ok.

I'm sorry for this inconvinience for our new members, but it's the only way
to stop the spam, without completely moderating the group.
