Strong chapter here, incorporating some things that used to get talked
about on JAABAW (Buffy as BuffyBot, Willow as home, the "proper"
interpretation of that "miss her" line from "Dead Things") and a
pitch-perfect Willow reaction to the Spike thing--appalled, but always
backing Buffy. She just isn't capable of not supporting Buffy--which
doesn't mean she won't disagree, just that she'll always be on Buffy's
side.

And again, a point the show should hit, but probably won't--the
psychotic episode should really render the Spike-humping moot. Next to
attempted murder, what's Yet Another Bad Sex Choice on Buffy's part?

And it's cute how Buffy realizes she's acting like she cheated on Willow
but the best thing along these lines (best line of the chapter, IMO),
comes later: "God, why do you stay with me?"  

Yep, even when she isn't aware of it, Buffy puts the "friendship" in
relationship turns.
