Thanks for the new address. Ironically, it took me a lot of hunting to
find THAT address--Google still sends you to the defunct
simplenecessity.com page. Hope this domain works well for you.

Exquisite Coalescence is an all-female-pairings archive. It got
official status because Kimber runs both it and the list, and because A
Slayer, A Hacker stopped being updated. But Kimber still wants to do
more work on Exquisite, and some of us were thinking a pure B/W archive,
encompassing all B/W fic, was something we'd like to see. For those who
wish to help, and hosting certainly sounds like something we'd
appreciate, please join the IKOLY (I Kind Of Love You) list at

Yes, the list's contents are archived on eScribe. But do a search for
"Kirayoshi" "My Will Be Done" and it'll tell you that the words are too
common to find. Now, you can open one of Kirayoshi's posts (assuming
that you know he's JDMeans, which some people looking for Kirayoshi's
fics might not), and then--well, first you'd run into that un-duckable
pop-up for MP3.com's radioopium.com spinoff, but after you gave up and
opened another post, you would have the option of pulling up all
messages from the author, which would give you 134 matches at this time,
and NOT the fic in question, because Kirayoshi has changed his email
address since then (I gather that's why, anyway).

Frankly, if you're going to search the message archive, I think going to
the main page and using Yahoo's search tools is much better, but that's
cumbersome, too.

No, what we need is a B/W fic archive--with fic, more fic and nothing
but fic--and if we ever get our act together, that's what we're going
to have. (I'm not disparaging the other people involved in this
project--frankly it's my own [non-]efforts I'm disappointed in).

So, take the offer up with the IKOLY list, and maybe we'll get that
archive up and going soon.
