Yes, jenn, post away, all B/W crossover fics are welcomed here.
Standard crossover response--some people will be fans of what you're
crossing with, some will cope with new characters to see B/W and some
will just skip it.

I don't watch E.R., but I do have a Dr. Greene reference. I was
watching some sitcom once upon a time, where Willie Garson (best known
to "Buffy" fans as the security guard in "Killed By Death") was playing
a doctor who was obnoxiously hitting on the lead character, who was
visiting a friend at the hospital, or something (this may have been
"Caroline in the City", I think). Upon being firmly rejected, Garson
reared back and sniffed: "I don't have to take this! I'm the Anthony
Edwards type!". I just keeled over at that, imagining thousands of
balding doctors all across America suddenly seeing Mark Greene when they
look at themselves in the mirror and convincing themselves of their
irresistable charm. LOL.
