FB: Coming Apart - part 8-11

Anne-Lise.

As promised, the FB on the next 3 parts.

Part 9: Lol, a lesbian detector, wonder where you buy those, Radio Shack? Sam
obviously guesses then about Buffy and Will. A very brief sensual moment, good
descriptions of fervent sexuality. Oh the trio is now rooming with Spike, very
interesting, they'd be annoying to deal with after a while, Spike wouldn't put
up with them. And Dawn watching Xander's pancake making dreamily seems to
suggest she's bisexual and still has a crush on him ... and still painfully
shy. Lol on Spike watching the 'low-grade evil' of Dawson's Creek. So he's
going to turn Dawn to spite Buffy, interesting ploy, and by the sound of it,
maybe it's Jonathan changing his mind about that plan.

Part 10: Good reference to the musical, and the banter fits right in with
typical Buffy plotting, nicely done, the reference to Xander's dance style had
me cracking up at the memory. Buffy's lament about what she has to offer Willow
is sad and pretty much in character, knowing how little there really is left of
poor Buffy after her many traumas, her heart is basically the only thing
remaining, for now at least. Dawn's thoughts about Buffy's trivialising her own
death is interesting, how DO you deal with your own death, after it's happened,
several times? Lol about Jonathan's discomfort with mr Pointy.

Part 11: Ok seems I was right, Warren set up Jonathan knowing he'd balk
eventually at going too far with anything aimed at Buffy, perfectly in
character with the Jonathan and Warren we've known and despised so much, and
Willow's still in vengeance mode, so Buffy has strength in numbers, interesting
she tells Riley to hang back, Xander being told to stay out of harm's way was
also in character for Buffy. Lol! Jonathan's description of the time machine,
not sure how much he's completely as techy as Warren but it felt like something
he'd at least attempt to say, and Xander's more down to earth response and
Jonathan's awe at that is perfect throw-away Buffy comedy, as is the banter
between Buffy and Willow afterwards, wonder if her eyes are still black during
that banter? Spike standing outside Buffy's house, waiting to get Dawn? Riley's
shown himself capable of taking Spike in the past, can he do so now? And Giles
being torn apart ... very bad news, Jonathan's a stooge, delivering
diversionary information to Buffy.

Again a very interesting and well crafted series of Chapters Anne-Lise, the
plot is moving very rapidly and has me caught pretty well in it's grip, needing
to see the final outcome. Keep going please, Part 12 VERY soon. :o)

Stef.
