Hi,
The problem with Bill's site is not so much with the site as it is with
Tripod. Lately Tripod has become concerned with bandwidth usage, if a
site uses so much bandwidth as a popular site like Bills does, Tripod
treats them like a two year old that has misbehaved, and gives them a
time out. I just tried the site just before writing this and was told it
would be down for around two hours.

It looks to me like another ploy to force the users to pay for their
site and to force the ones that are using "free space" to move their
site elsewhere.

Of course that is just my own opinion and may not be the case at all but
considering their record it isn't totally impossible.
