LOL! You just reminded me that I had to drink to get through reviewing
"Dead Things". (What drink is gin and orange juice, anyway? Nobody
ever told me.)

Still, maybe we'll get "Smashed"-quality work from Greenberg and another
"Blood Ties" from DeKnight. Hey, I can dream.

Interesting how the first eps by the new writers seem to be their best,
no? Wonder if Joss or someone rewrites the initial scripts. I know
it's believed he did it for Mere Smith on "Untouched". Which would
explain why Rebecca Rand Kirshner has since written better things than
"Out of My Mind"--that was the same week as "Untouched" and maybe Joss
thought Mere needed more help. But I'm totally guessing now.

In any event the last three are from Joss (is that confirmed? I don't
remember seeing it anywhere for sure), Marti and David Fury, so
hopefully we can end well. Although last year, they gave us "Family",
"Shadow", and "Into the Woods" in fairly close order, none of which is
likely to end up on too many Top 10 lists.

But they did close Season 3 with "Choices", "The Prom" and "Graduation
Day, Parts 1 and 2", so maybe, just maybe, we can finish up like that
this year.
