Argh! 

I know Joss has left the building, but I expected more than one ep all
year. Grumble.

And Petrie's work this year has been very poor, IMO. Really lame
characterization (Screaming Giles and Supervillain Willow in "Flooded",
Spike the Suddenly Stupid in "As You Were"). And please don't let him
direct. Not to mention that "The Weight of The World", last year's
penultimate ep, wasn't Doug's best, either. 

Marti, Doug, and Dave did do a half-decent job of salvaging something
from Season 4, with "New Moon Rising"/"The Yoko Factor"/"Primeval", but
I wouldn't want to take S4 as my model, and they had "Restless" as a
capper then.

Marti even said she was writing 21. I wonder if this means she moved
that script to 20 and Petrie's is filler (like "TWOTW") or if they just
switched scripts and Doug's name ended up on what was originally Marti's
work.

And once more, grumble.
