Actually, it does. Sweeps always starts on the Sunday of the week that 
contains the 1st. Therefore, this year, Sweeps starts 28 Apr and ends 
25 May.

It doesn't do UPN much good to have an ep after Sweeps is over, plus 
they're probably counting on getting a lot of bang out of a 2-parter.
