Well I'm curious where you heard that, because everything that I've been 
hearing for a good month now says nothing about a character not being brought 
back by magic. I know Willow heals Buffy WITH magic, I haven't heard about 
anyone being brought back another way. And I thought I was pretty damn 
spoiled.

This I'm not positive about either, and there has been a ton of talk and 
speculation about it. To my knowledge what Amber supposedly has for Season7 
is an option. Which basically is just ME paying her to be availible if they 
want to use her. They don't have to pick up the option, and it doesn't 
neccesarily mean we'll see her at all in Season 7. That seems the basic 
consensus in the spoiled community on her contract status.

Although I can vaguely remember Kimber mentioning something about Amber 
having a contract, but I don't remember any of the details :(
