"Ok so she flies" Buffy shook her head in confusion "big deal. She's 
a witch don't witches fly?"

Hakida and Willow exchanged a glance "You shoulda kept your watcher" 
Hakida huffed before flopping back on the couch.

"Only the 'most' powerful witches can fly Buffy. But only the 
Disgustingly powerful ones c-can fly without Glamourie" Willow pushed 
her hair out of her eyes "If she's 'that' powerful AND she's 'insane' 
we've got on heck of a fight on our hands"

"So what do we-" Buffy was cut off as Andya and Xander slammed 
through the front door.

"I'm telling you Xander, she wants to be her orgasm friend" Anya came 
in, arms crossed pouting slightly.

"We'll talk about this later An" Xander turned to the seated 
women "Hey ladies, what is it nap time or something?"

"Hi Xander guess who's here" Willow leaned forward blocking his view 
of Hakida.

"Umm...you and Buffy?" Xander shrugged.

"Duh silly who else?" Willow rolled her eyes. Hakida stifled a laugh.

"Dawn? Spike? Tara?" Xander glanced around the room seeing no one but 
Buffy and Willow.

Willow's face fell slightly at the mention of the other Wiccans 
name "No she's and 'old' friend" Willow tried to get Xander guessing 
again.

"Uh Cordelia?" Xander screw up his face hoping it wasn't her.

"Eww you actually considered that snob a 'friend'" Hakida sounded 
incensed.

"Hey I know that voice" Anya whispered as she backed towards the 
stairs slowly "Uh oh I know that voice"

Xander stepped slightly to the left and caught sight of who Willow 
had been hiding "Outspoken, well dressed indian girl. Hakida has 
returned to the mother ship" Xander rushed to hug her picking her up 
off the couch and squeezing.

Anya's jaw dropped as she saw Xander hugging one of the people she'd 
feared most as a demon. One of the people who had taken her demon 
side from her "Hey. Xander. Dont' touch her she's mean" Anya pushed 
Hakida out of Xanders arms.

Hakida landed lightly on her feet as Xander was forced to drop her. 
Xander however broke his fall with his butt. "Ow Anya... and I 
repeat 'OW ANYA' with a little 'why the hell did you do that' on the 
side" Xander picked himsself up slowly.

Anya pointed at Hakida, her eyes wide in fear "She wants to kill me"

Silence reigned after Anya's little statement.

Willow broke it softly "S-she wouldn't hurt anyone Anya. Much less 
kill them"

"No her I'd kill. But I can't. So I won't" Hakida stared at Anya with 
hatred in her eyes.

"Oh that's right. I'm human now. You can't hurt me. And Ye harm none. 
That's your healers creed. You can't kill a human" Anya smirked at 
her invulnerability.

"Why are you looking at Anya like you'd cook her alive if ya could" 
Buffy asked from her seat at the table. "Cuz the murderous look in 
your eye while your staring at one of 'my' friends in 'my' house 
isn't exactly boding well for you" Buffy stood coming between Hakida 
and Anya.

"She did something to me, that I owe her for" Hakida said cryptically.

"Well you can't carry it out in my house" Buffy crossed her arms "So 
forget it"

"Forgotten. For now" Hakida turned away from the former demon and 
returned to her seat on the couch.

Buffy nodded. It was more than she'd hoped for.

Willow wanted to take Kida's mind off of whatever Anya had done to 
her to cause so much hatred "So Kida. How's your Mom and your sister?"

Kida turned sad dark eyes on Willow "That's what I owe her for."

"She killed them"

Xander had rushed Anya into the kitchen doing his best to keep them 
apart. From what he could remember of Hakida, she could be your best 
friend. Or the worst enemy you ever had.

"An hun what did you do to Hakida to make her mad at you?" Xander 
forced a smile as he said it.

"I granted a vengence wish for a family member of her's. But it kinda 
backfired and-" Anya muttered the rest under her breath.

"Kinda what Anya I didn't quite hear that last part" Buffy had come 
in the kitchen after them not wanting to eavesdrop on Willow.

"Well the wish backfired and kinda kill her whole family. Including 
the one that made the wish" Anya found the tiled floor 
suddenly 'very' interesting.

"And that's why she hates you?" Xander shook his head "I can't see 
how I blame her"

"Wait" Buffy held up a hand and shook her head slowly "Anya how did 
you manage to destroy a whole family with one wish?"

"Well I kinda broke a few rules to do it. That's when they revoked my 
demon powers" Anya found something aoutside 'very' interesting to 
look at as well.

Buffy grabbed her chin and brought Anya's gaze to hers "You lost you 
demon powers because you destroyed that girl out there's 'WHOLE 
FAMILY!' and all the took were your POWERS!" Buffy's voice had risen 
several decibals the entire time she had spoken.

Her near scream had brought Willow and Hakida rushing into the 
room "Buffy what's wrong" Willow went to the Slayers side tugging on 
her arm.

"I just found out how Anya became human. They revoked her powers 
because she killed a whole family" Buffy didn't take her eyes off the 
blonde cowering before her.

"Actually they revoked them because she killed the family of one of 
Artemis chosen" Willow helped "Normally for destroying a family she'd 
just get a slap on the hand" Willow paused for a second "How 'did' 
you manage to destroy her family?"

"I granted her sibling a wish" Anya sat down rougly on the nearest 
stool "It kinda broke a rule of wishing and backfired"

"What rule of wishing?" Willow asked "And who did something so bad to 
Ashira that she'd need a vengence demon?"

"It wasn't Ashira she granted the wish too. I was Mikhal. My five 
year old brother" Hakida sat as far from Anya as she could get and 
still be in the same room.

"Your not supposed to grant wishes to someone so young" Anya 
muttered "But I did. And it destroyed him as well as his family"

"But how did you survive" Buffy asked Hakida "Shouldn't you be dead 
too?"

"Well his wish was that...." Hakida took a dead breathe "He wished 
they we'd all died at the nearest time possible for us to. You now 
how safety orianted my parents were" Hakida looked to Willow who 
nodded her rememberance.

"They were almost freaky about after your dad almost drove off that 
cliff with your mom and sister in the-" Willow paused at that 
point "They drove off the cliff"

"They died before Mikhal was born. He destroyed himself in his 
jealousy" Hakida nodded towards Anya "And she destroyed my family in 
her insolence"
