Re: Request and Questions - Rewrite season 6

It's a great idea Hunter. I know that Alex/Isabel fans did a virtual Season
3 of Roswell after Alex was killed off, so this sounds something like that.

Honestly, you guys pretty much said it all, I guess I'm jumping in a little
late here. But I've been thinking alot about the inconsistencies with
things, and a idea kinda popped into my head that might be able to resolve
alot. What if back in 'Bargaining' the spell never worked, or it never
really took place to begin with?

Did I lose you yet? LOL

What I mean, what if everything we've seen this season isn't essentially
real. What if Buffy really IS in her own hell. It rather fits I think. She
hated the idea that Spike loved her, she was revolted by it last season. And
now she spent the better part of this season boiking his brains out. It's
probably a nightmare for her. Willow's problem with magic could also be a
fear of hers. Afterall, Willow got into wicca to help Buffy get Angel back,
and later on, to help Buffy stay alive. So add in Buffy's guilt with her own
protectiveness of Willow and that leads to another hellish nightmare.

And what was Buffy's worst fear in 'Fear, Itself'? Being seperated from her
friends, from Willow and Xander. And what's happened this year? They've
never been as disconnected as they are this season. And if you add in Xander
and Anya's breakup, of which Buffy was very much against in 'Triangle' last
year. And Riley returning with a wife after only a year. Face it, Buffy has
had it pretty darn rough. So maybe, just maybe, she really is in hell.

And of course the last shot of the season could be the actual restoration
spell, Buffy reanimates, punches out of the coffin and there the Scooby gang
stand. And she's actually grateful. No pesky heaven questions, no
resentment, Willow really has saved her from torture.

And of course I'm probably nuts aren't I? LOL

Buffy:"I could wrestle naked in grease for a living and still be cleaner than
after a shift at the Doublemeat."
Willow:"Plus, I'd visit you at work every single day."
