Ok...Fire Breathing Dawn was from the episode with the ghost that 
hitched a ride with Buffy after being pulled from the beyond. I 
believe that was After Life or Life Serial. The shocked expression 
of the entire cast was Tabula Rasa, when they all lost their memories 
and saw vampires for the "first time."
