When they walked out of the airport Faith remebered about the guns 
in the storage locker at the bus station.Faith said uh guys we forgot 
to pickup the guns so we could send them back to Sunnydale.Buffy said 
damn i knew there was something we had forgotten.Willow said we have 
several choices open to us concering what to do with the guns.
Cordelia said what else can we do with them besides leaving them 
where they are.Willow said well we could try to smuggle them back to 
Sunnydale or we could entrust them to someone up here in case we have 
to come up here ever again.Faith said but who could we trust with 
them and dont you even think about suggesting any vampire i dont care 
what type they are.Buffy said we could ask the Shaolin priests to do 
it but i am not sure they would because of their believe in 
peace.Willow said there is someone we can give them to hold and he is 
quite reliable from what Caine told me of him.Faith said who are you 
talking about.Willow said he goes by the name of Kermit he is a 
detective who works with Peter Caine and he is a former merc so he 
knows how to use them and keep his mouth shut.Cordelia said well if 
he is a friend of Kwai Chang Caine and his son he must be trustworthy 
so i say we pass them on to him.Faith said well if its all the same 
to you guys i would like to try to smuggle two of the H&K's and the 
rifle back home.Buffy said how do you plan to do that and not get 
caught.Willow said i could do the same thing to her suitcase that i 
did to mine so that they can hold more than they are supposed to and 
no one will be the wiser.Buffy said ok you can have them but the rest 
go to Kermit.Cordelia said but how are we going to get them to Kermit 
we just cant walk into the police station he works at and give them 
to him.Faith said do you know what precinct he works at and Buffy 
said yes i do.Faith said good we just call the precinct and then ask 
him to meet us at the bus station.

Buffy walked over to a payphone and after looking up the phone 
number for the precinct and deposting the right amount of change she 
dialed the phone number.When a police operator answered Buffy asked 
to speak to Detective Kermit.The police operator told her to hold on 
and then transferred the call to Kermit's desk.

Kermit picked up the phone and said hello its your dime.Buffy said 
Detective Kermit this is Buffy Summers we met at the police station a 
few days ago.Kermit said I remeber you Miss.Summers now what can i do 
for you.Buffy said sir me and my friends need to see you about 
something really important.Kermit said are you in trouble and Buffy 
said no sir but we have some stuff which we need to pass on to 
someone trustworthy.Kermit was stymied and he said i dont understand 
why you need to meet with me.Buffy said H mp5 k.It took about three 
seconds for Kermit to catch on and he said did i hear you 
correctly.Buffy said meet me and the others at the trailways bus 
station and then she told him what streets it was on.Kermit said how 
soon do you want me to meet you there.Buffy said it will take us 
about twenty minutes to get there and you be there by then.Kermit 
said no but i can be there in about twenty five minutes if traffic 
isnt too bad.Buffy said ok we will wait for you outside and we will 
be in three vans parked side by side if we can find three empty 
parking spaces that are together.

Willow and the others only had to wait about three minutes before 
Kermit pulled into the trailways parking lot and he parked about four 
spaces from the first of the vans.Kermit met them near the vans and 
then he said where are they and what the hell are you doing with them 
your gun licenses didnt include them.Buffy said we had to get them 
unexpectedly and we want to turn most of them over to you.Kermit said 
uh huh i am taking all of them there is no way you should have such 
things they are not toys.Cordelia said we know they arent toys and we 
wouldnt have gotten them if they hadnt been neccessary.Faith said if 
you are worried about us because of them you shouldnt be especially 
with everything else Buffy and Willow have back home.Kermit looked at 
Faith for a second and then he turned to Buffy and Willow and said 
you have guns like H&K mp5's at home.Buffy said yes Detective we do 
and we even have higher caliber guns than the mp5's.Kermit said from 
what i remeber of your history you and Willow are insured couriers 
for several Antique shops but that doesnt give you the authority or 
reason to have such weapons.Buffy said we do transport antiques for 
several shops but that is only a sideline job and our regular job is 
even more dangerous.Kermit said your not drug smugglers or something 
like that are you.Buffy said no we are nothing like that.Faith said 
we are going to have to tell him the truth or we will be here all 
night.Buffy nodded and then she Detective Kermit from what i have 
heard you were a Mercenary at one time.Kermit said yes i am but thats 
in the past and has nothing to do with the present.Buffy said i just 
needed to make sure that you know that there are somethings which 
cant be told to the public for their own wellbeing.Kermit said yeah 
somethings are safer for most people not to know.Buffy said well I am 
a slayer which means i hunt vampires and kill them.Kermit looked at 
Buffy and he said you hunt vampires and Cordelia said well that and 
demons and we all do the same in one way or another.Kermit said are 
you ladies crazy do you have any idea of what a vampire can do to 
you.Willow said we know all too well what a vampire can do and that 
is why we fight them when neccessary.Buffy said Kermit Willow and i 
along with others of our friends live in Sunnydale California and it 
is a town with a large vampire and demon population.Kermit said why 
would they live in a town with people and wouldnt they hunt you 
guys.Buffy said we have been hunted and the reason they live in a 
town with humans because the town sits upon a hellmouth which is a 
dimensional opening between earth and the hellplane.Willow said 
Kermit from what you have said i say its safe to say that you already 
knew about vampires before we told you.Kermit said i was a merc like 
Buffy said and i learned a long time ago that everything is not what 
its believed to be.Buffy said Kermit a couple days ago some of our 
guns and stuff were taken from us and we had to get the guns that are 
inside a storage locker in the bus station so we could get our stuff 
back.Kermit said you didnt kill anyone and Faith said no we didnt and 
we didnt even wound anyone badly enough that they had to see a 
doctor.Kermit said ok lets go get the guns but Faith said before we 
go let me make something perfectly clear and that is i am going to 
take three of the guns with me because i may need them.Kermit said 
why would you need them if Buffy and the others already have 
guns.Faith said i dont live in Sunnydale i live in San Francisco but 
i still do fight vamps and demons but with another group that has 
worked with Buffy and the others in the past.Kermit said ok but what 
guns are you going to take.Faith said i am going to take two of the 
mp5's and the rifle.

They all walked into the bus station together but Faith and Buffy 
stopped when they felt vampires inside the bus station.Buffy said 
guys we got company.That got the attention of Willow,Kermit,and 
Cordelia and they all looked around.Kermit started to reach for his 
gun but Willow stopped him and she said dont draw it we dont need to 
give them any reason to attack us.They walked over to the storage 
lockers that the dufflebags full of guns were in.Cordelia and Willow 
inserted the locker keys into the keyholes and turned them so they 
could open up the storage lockers.

The enforcers inside the bus station started to move in on Buffy and 
the others when they approached the storage lockers.One of the 
enforcers told them to stop because they needed to check with the 
elders and get instructions about what they were to do.The enforcer 
dialed the number for the elders and when it was answered he told the 
elders what was happening.Elder Konal told the enforcer that they 
were only to watch the slayer's group to try to figure out what they 
were planning on doing.The enforcer passed the word onto the others 
and they moved back to the positions they had been at earlier.

When the storage lockers were open Kermit said I'll get them and he 
walked up to the lockers amd got three of the duffel bags out of 
them.Kermit realized he couldnt get the other duffel bags and he said 
will you two get the others.Willow and Cordelia got the other duffel 
bags and then Kermit said come on lets go.They walked out of the bus 
station and went right over to Kermit's car.When they got to Kermit's 
car he said what the heck is in these duffle bags and dont you dare 
tell me there are just some mp5's in them.Willow said there are 5 
kevlar armored longcoats,5 tebyr nightvision gasmask combos,some 
combat shotguns,a sniper rifle,ten mp5's,some pistols,grenades,and 
ammo.Kermit said where did you get them.Buffy said we cant say but i 
assure you they cant be traced back and they have never been used in 
a crime because the source we got them from doesnt deal in second 
hand stuff.Kermit said good i wont have to worry about them causing 
trouble for me.Willow said why dont you keep one of the kevlar coats 
for yourself and pass out the other four to Peter,his partner,and 
anyone else who you thinks deserves them.Kermit said what about the 
tebyr nightvision gasmask combos.Buffy said you can pass them out as 
well but it might be difficult to explain where you got them 
from.Kermit grinned and he said you forget i am a former merc my 
collegues know that and they know i can get items which arent on the 
public market
