vampire driving the van grinned back at her, baring his fang teeth.

to me. Its all I have... to keep me from..." She broke off.
Buffy nodded. She remembered how her old watcher had weaned Willow 
from the abuse of magical power to the abuse of political power. 
Still, She had the potential to do more good than most candidates...
