it could be a new character, and what we'd "never believe" is who ends
up playing it. That would tie into the "Britney to Buffy" rumors.
However, I don't think so; Britney rumors are a perennial, but for Buffy
I believe they wanted her to play April the Robot in Season 5. (That
would have been casting to Brit's, er, strengths as an actress, at
least.)
Still, Aly/Britney smooching is not the worst visual to have running
around in your head, right? :)
