Will,

I'm sure you pasted it correctly, and actually I first thought that it
was in fact Willow dipping back into the mojo. (Which will also make
for a nice plot complication, I'm sure.) But then I read about Tara
closing the "remaining distance" between her and B/W, and figured that
it meant she had them in sight and therefore did the spell. My mistake.

And I didn't do that much re-typing (just a sentence at a time, or so).
Although I did have to check back for accuracy, since my memory's not
that good.
