Yep, and the zip code seems wrong for Sunnydale (Santa Barbara) as well.
You're not the first to spot this, and I'm rather surprised they messed
this up--Buffy's address was established as far back as "Angel" and
referenced as recently as "The Body".  

Oh, well, flubs are fun. (I was just watching "Phases" and noticing
Giles's glasses flicking on and off as they switched between the two
camera angles in the scene where Willow comes to tell B & G that Oz is
the wolf.)
