Just read the article.....nearly fell off my chair laughing....

They've certainly gone about it in an arse-about manner...seem to 
have complicated an issue which shouldn't have been complicated at 
all...kinda like nailing boards over your windows and doors to keep 
burglars out instead of just fitting a lock...

evil laugh echoed above the jeers of the crowd.
