As with any award contest, The Innerbuffy Awards have some rules and regulations... 

No porn sites, hate sites or sites that are derogatory to anyone, especially any entity involved with Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Angel, will be allowed. 
The managers of these awards are not judges, we simply collect nominations and votes so bribery of the managers is pointless, but welcome :-). 
Once nominated you have to place one of our "nominated buttons" on your site before the reviewer visits your site. 
Nominated sites are reviewed by our site reviewer to ensure that they comply with these rules and regulations. 
Voting will be carried out through polls. 
If there... 
Are no nominees in a category, said category will not be voted on. 
Is only one nominee in a category said nominee will be awarded the win. 
Is a tie the Awards Mystery Voter, who will remain anonymous to avoid bribery, will have the deciding vote.
