Yes, Yahoo has become an enormous pain about switching people to
"bouncing" status and taking away their posting privileges. However, I
remind you that the one positive change they made was to enable users to
request reactivation on their own, rather than waiting for Yahoo to get
around to it. Just visit http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs when you're
being bounced, click on "unbounce" and they'll send you the reactivation
email. Reply to that, and your yahoogroups service should resume asap.

Yahooligans.
