kathy..thanks for the kind words and i'm glad you're enjoying the story. feedback like yours definetely WON'T discourage me so i'm afraid you're stuck with me writing.. ;-)
I've gotten several comments about how believable the flahsbacks and such are... but couldn't you just see willow saying that? I always thought there should have been more talk of "goodbyes" between the two after all they've been through together.. just in case... buffy was so sure not everyone was going to make it (remember when she told spike that in her house, getting the weapons?)... but maybe she had a feeling it would be herself.. not anyone else? hmm... i don't know... i'm just glad i was able to bring some justice to the "original" :-)
anyway.. thanks for the pos feedback and i should have another chapter up monday or tuesday... which hopefully will focus more on Will's condition and what Giles may have found....
