1630 Revello comes from Buffy's two calls to 911.

In "Angel", she calls the ambulance to her house (giving the address)
when Darla has bitten Joyce (although Buffy mistakenly thinks it was
Angel), and gives the address.

In "The Body", Buffy again summons the ambulance when she finds Joyce's
body, adding the detail "near Hadley".

I have no idea how the screw-up in "As You Were" happened. On joyously
delusional days, I take it a confirmation that Season Sux was just a bad
dream. (Hey, Sweet said he came "from the imagination"--Buffy's
subconscious trying to get her to wake up? Not to mention "Normal
Again" in this theory...)
