FIC: Learning to live pt 14

Hey guys I got this part done today and managed to stay in the 
chair today. I am getting to be such a big girl now.

Spoilers: Season 6 maybe others somewhere down the road
Summery: Giles brings someone in to help after everything happens in 
season 6. Sorry I suck at this part.
Author notes: I have never written anything before this, so please 
tell me what you think.  



Over the next couple of weeks everyone settled in to life in the 
Stevens house. Dawn and Jen prepared to go back to school. Anya and 
Xander slept at the house at night but spent a lot of time at his 
apartment, Anya had said something about catching up on orgasms and 
no one even wanted to know. Buffy got settled at the club and 
patrolled. Willow and Sara, neither wanting to push things between 
them, spent a lot of time talking. They hadn't repeated the kiss, 
just enjoyed having someone to come home to. Many nights they curled 
up on Sara's bed watching movies or listening to music, holding each 
other. Both enjoying the feel of the other in her arms. Willow had 
noticed a certain Watcher spending a lot of time with Gail and 
wondered what was up. She decided to broach the subject one night 
with Sara. They were sitting in front of the fireplace in the rec 
room. 
"Hey Hon, have you noticed that Giles has been spending a lot of time 
with Gail lately", Willow asked stroking Sara`s arm.
"Yeah I have, I have been meaning to talk to her about it".
"She's Bi right, cause I would hate for Giles to get hurt, he hasn't 
had the best track record with the ladies", Willow said thinking 
about Jenny and Joyce.
"Yes, she would never lead him on".
"Good, he needs a good women in his life".
"I have an idea, hang on", Sara said and pulled out her cell phone 
and dialed, "Tom, hey it's Sara, I need you to do something for me. 
Gail has been working her ass off here and I think she needs a mini 
vacation. You and I both know she won't take it herself so I am going 
to tell her I want her to come check on you. Can you reserve two 
rooms somewhere nice?yeah she is bringing a guest; maybe get some 
tickets for ballet, opera, something stuffy. I am going to have her 
book a flight for tomorrow. I'll have her come to the club after she 
gets there, so you can tell her where she is staying and give her the 
tickets. Than you tell her she has been had. Tell her if she even 
steps one foot in that club that I told you to have Bruce kick her 
ass right back out. Thanks Tom, how's it going out there? Good, I 
miss you too babe. I love you too. See you soon. Bye." 
Willow sat and listened to Sara talk and smiled at the way Sara took 
control of things. Her heart filled with love by the way Sara cared 
so much about the people around her. Willow smiled faded when she 
heard her tell this Tom guy she missed and loved him. Sara noticed 
the look on Willow and almost fell over laughing, " Will are you 
jealous, you are, aren't you"?
"Should I be, who the hell is Tom and why did you tell him you loved 
him, Sara".
Sara knew that if Willow was calling her by her name she had better 
be taking her seriously, "Willow, Tom is the manager at the club in 
New York. He has been with me from the beginning. He was one of the 
bouncers in my England club. Baby, there has never been anyone that 
has meant anything since Josie, until you".
"Really", Willow asked. 
"Really, you are always on my mind. I'm not sure that I go through an 
hour that I don't think about something you have said or done. I miss 
you at night, after you go to bed. I can smell you on my pillow and 
in my bed. I find myself wondering what you are thinking and what you 
feel. I know we have been trying to go slow and take things one day 
at a time. I know you need time and I shouldn't be telling you this 
right now but I think I need to say it and you need to hear it".
"Wow", Willow blushed, not know what else to say, "You just keep on 
amazing me more and more".
"What do you mean", Sara asked curiously.
"Not only are sweet, nice, beautiful, sexy, intelligent, kind, but 
romantic too". Now it was Sara turn to blush at having so many 
adjectives used to describe her, " You were a snake charmer in a 
former life, weren't you."?
"Maybe, don't you think you ought to tell Giles and Gail that they 
are going on a trip", Willow said, " and I think I am going to go bug 
Buffy for a while".
"Oh hell, see I forget everything when I am around you", Sara teased 
Willow. Sara leaned in to kiss Willow on the forehead but Willow 
moved at the last second and caught Sara lips on hers. Sara kissed 
with such passion and want, that Willow thought she was going to melt 
in to the couch. She broke from the kiss and got up and Sara heard 
her mumble something about " Ok, cold shower first, then Buffy". Sara 
shook her head at the witch.

Sara sat for minute and recovered before she went over the house 
intercom, "Hey Giles, Gail can you meet me in the office for a 
second". Sara met them at the door.
"So what did we do to get called to the office, cause I will be the 
first to tell you I didn't do it. Giles did it", Gail said with such 
a look of innocence that for a second Giles thought he did.
"Neither of you did anything, yet, have you, cause if you have I 
deserve details", Sara replied looking between Giles and Gail. Giles 
removed his glasses and started to clean them. Gail sat there with a 
smirk, she was used to Sara trying to make fun of her, " and I might 
ask the same thing about you and a certain red head".
"OK, you win", Sara blushed.
"Oh bloody hell, I know you didn't call us down here to talk about 
our sex lives, I mean not that we have one. I mean not that I 
wouldn't want one with you. I happen to think you very attractive and 
would be lucky to have a sex life with you?Hell I have been struck 
with Willow-babble and I am going to shut up now", Giles answered.
"Why Rupert, have you had your blood pressure checked lately, your 
face is awfully red", Sara teased, "anyway I need to ask a favor, 
Rupert. Could you escort Gail to New York for me? Gail, I would like 
you to just check up on how things are going there. Go ahead and make 
plane reservations for tomorrow. Tom is taking care of the rest on 
his end. So just go to the club first."
"Sara, are you sure you can do without me. We just got things going 
here"?
"You know I have done this once or twice. Besides I have plenty of 
help around here and I got Buffy to help with the club, so yeah I 
will be fine".
"Ok, ok, Well Rupert we ought to go pack", Gail said and took off for 
her room.
"Sara, you have something up your sleeves, don't you", Giles asked?
"Go have fun, you've earned it". Giles got up and hugged Sara before 
heading off to his own room to pack. `Well now if I could just find 
Buffy someone nice', Sara thought.
