FIC: Learning to live pt 24

Pairing: Willow/other/ Buffy eventually
Spoilers: Season 6 maybe others somewhere down the road
Summery: Giles brings someone in to help after everything happens in 
season 6. Sorry I suck at this part.
Author notes: I have never written anything before this, so please 
tell me what you think



Sara felt someone watching her. She opened one eye and saw two pair 
of eyes staring back; "I'm not going to end up on the floor this 
morning, am I"?
"I don't know do you want to be", Buffy asked seductively?
"You two just may be the death of me yet", Sara told them and 
chuckled, "So how many times was that last night"? Buffy and Willow 
just smiled at each other. Buffy slipped up beside Sara on the bed, 
as Willow began to kiss her stomach making her way to her mouth. She 
pulled Sara into a kiss and made Sara watch as she did the same to 
Buffy. 
"Good morning, or should I say afternoon", Willow purred into Sara 
ear.
"Oh god what time is it"?
One o'clock", Buffy answered, " I have already went to class and 
stopped by work and interviewed a new front door guy".
"Eww, did you get the number of that bus that hit me last night", 
Sara moaned.
"Yup, It was the number 4JOSE to drunkenville", Buffy teased 
her, "What the hell were you Giles thinking about"?
"Yeah, it is no wonder you both didn't end up with alcohol 
poisoning", Willow admonished.
"Yes mom we promise to never do it again. How is the old boy this 
morning"?
"Being punished for his crimes by Gail. She made him go listen to a 
new band that she wants to play at the club. I was in there this 
morning and let me tell you they were loud". Sara giggled at the 
misfortune of her friend, "Oh poor Giles. I heard them play once and 
that has got to be torture."
"Your lucky we are a kinder gentler breed of girlfriends", Willow 
said kneading Sara breast. 
"Besides Will and I happen to think you a very interesting lover when 
you are drunk", Buffy smiled remembering last night.
"So we are alone then", Sara asked with a sparkle in her eyes.
"Yup for at least another couple of hours," Buffy said and begin to 
suck her earlobe.
"Well then you ought to try me hung over".



Two hours later the three freshly showered women were sat on the bed 
eating lunch. "Hey guys I was wondering when we were going to tell 
the rest of the gang about us", Willow asked.
Sara thought for a minute, "Well I think we should hold off until 
Xander and Anya get back, that way we could just tell everybody at 
once".
"Maybe we could have like a welcome home and we have an announcement 
party", Buffy suggested. 
"Yeah that could be fun. Sara how do you think Jen is going to take 
all of this", Willow asked her girlfriend, "And Dawn"?
"She loves you both and I think she will understand. All she wants is 
for me to be happy", Sara said. 
"Dawn has been through so much bad lately, I think something like 
this that is happy will thrill her. She gets to be an aunt", Buffy 
smile thinking about what it will be like to have two babies and two 
teenagers in the house.
"I told Giles last night that I was taking over the slaying for 
awhile", Sara told them.
"No".
"Buffy, there is no way I am going to let you continue to do it. You 
can argue with me all you want but it ain't going to happen", Sara 
told her firmly.
"Buff, I am going to have to agree with Sara on this one. I don't 
like it any more then you do but what else can we do".
"Sara it has been over 15 years since you were the slayer", Buffy 
said.
"I know but I kicked your ass and I have kept in shape it shouldn't 
be a problem with me. Giles is going to watch me work out and help 
with any training I have forgotten. Relax, Buffy, I think I can 
handle things."
"I don't like it but I guess your right. Just be careful and come 
home".
"Always and forever", Sara said and kissed them both.



Sara kept her word and came home every night. She would go to the 
club in the evenings and then would go patrol, She would always check 
on the girls and then find Willow and Buffy asleep in either Willows 
or Buffy's bed. They seemed to be more tired then usual. She would go 
to her room, shower and join them in their bed or fall sleep in her 
own on the nights she was to tired to make it back upstairs. She was 
not going to admit it to anyone but she was a little out of shape, it 
took her longer than she liked to dust some of the stronger vamps. On 
the Sunday Xander and Anya were to return, Sara decided a cook out 
would be just perfect for the day. Willow and Buffy were in the 
kitchen making the salad. Dawn was sitting at the bar watching her 
sister and Willow as they hummed and danced around the kitchen. She 
caught them both staring out the back door at Sara. She could 
understand Willow but Buffy? She had noted how much her sister had 
changed this week. Buffy almost always had a smile on her face or a 
far off happy look. Willow was like another person. Dawn had not seen 
her this cheery since before Tara had died. `I wonder what is up with 
them', Dawn thought, "So not that I am complaining or anything but 
why are you both so happy"?
"Would you rather see me sad and miserable", Buffy asked.
"Or me trying to end the world", Willow asked. Dawn shuddered at 
that, "NO, of course not".
"Honeys we' re home", Xander yelled coming into the kitchen followed 
by Anya.
"XANDER", everyone yelled at the same time. The couple both had nice 
tans and had bright smiles on their faces at the sight of their 
friends.
"Did you have a good time guys", Willow asked them.
"It was awesome. We spent almost all day at the beach and the night's 
well we won't talk about that. Anya tried to learn to surf and 
everything."
"So what is new on the home front here", Anya asked. Sara came in 
just as the question was asked, "Well why don't we eat dinner and 
then we will tell everyone". The gang eats dinner as Xander and Anya 
tell them about all the things they had done on their honeymoon. As 
the dishes were cleared away Buffy said, "Xander you won't believe 
but Giles made a funny the other night".
"No way G-man"? Buffy told them about Sara and Giles, how they had 
gotten drunk and got caught.
"I'll be damned, Giles drunk and I missed it".
"Buffy as much as love to be made fun off, don't you and Willow have 
something to share", Giles asked them.
"Umm, w-well guys, um 
Willowfoundaspellonaccidentandnowwearebothpregnantwithsarababies" 
Buffy babbled.
"Huh Buff, in English this time", Xander asked confused.
"I said that Willow found a spell on accident and now we are both 
pregnant with Sara's babies".
"Oh my god".
"What"?
"No way, how"
"Mom?"
"Sara"?
"Jen it was the same spell that your mom read", Sara told her 
daughter.
"Is this a good thing, Buffy, Will", Xander asked trying to make 
sense of things.
"Yes", Buffy and Willow said at the same time. 
"So how did it happen", Anya asked. 
"Well there are kids in the room so we won't go into details but the 
spell is two parts. The baby part and the other part makes true love 
come out", Buffy told her friends and sister.
"So the three of you are together", Dawn asked.
"Kind of, we are still working through our feelings right now. Dawn 
are you ok with this", Buffy said looking into her sisters face.
"Buffy I am just glad to see you happy and not with Spike. So if this 
makes you happy then go for it. I am going to be an Aunt. Whoo hoo", 
Dawn got up and hugged Buffy, Willow and then Sara.
"Mom, are you ok with this", Jen said as she sat down next to Sara.
"Yeah baby," Sara took her daughters hand.
"Me too then", Jen said. The gang spent the rest of the talking and 
making plans for the babies. At 9:00 Sara got up and told them she 
was going on patrol.
"Sara hon., why don't you take Xander with you", Willow asked.
"Will, he just got back today and I am sure he needs time to rest. 
I'll be fine tonight. Have fun and I will be back later. I am going 
to stop by the club after so don't wait up", Sara told her and with a 
quick kiss was out the door. After a very quiet night, she decided to 
make a sweep through campus and then head for the club. Sara was 
suddenly hit in the back of the head and went down on her knees. 
"Well looky here boys, a pretty girl all alone at night. I think we 
should teach her a lesson about that don't you". The last thing Sara 
knew before she blacked out was her shirt being ripped off and being 
held down.
