Ok, well I read this particular bit last night at the Spoiler Slayer site.
I've just been going there out of habit every night, just to see what's new.
Because frankly, I'm not all that excited about the season premiere at all. I
remember last year this time I was getting so anxious it was ridiculous. Not
this year though. Gee, I wonder why that is? :P
Anyway, when I read this, I have to admit, I got excited.
There's a line in the very end of the season premiere, Buffy or a facimile of
Buffy, not sure just yet, says to Spike, that it's all about the power. And
then we have this new spoiler that uses that exact word, power, in there. It
says it's not your ordinary reunion, what with Buffy somehow transferring
some of her strength to Willow to help her heal.
And speaking of that, just HOW are they going to show Buffy transferring her
own strength into her best friend's body? I mean, I can come up with a
couple amusing ways, but I seriously doubt that Jane would go that route. :(
But we all remember what Willow and Tara's spells were implicates of. Dan's
right, the subtext, even if only for that short scene, would shoot through
the roof.
So yeah, it has me a tad bit excited, if only for the reason that Buffy seems
to at least still care enough to try and help Willow feel better. And that's
an improvement. And it might just open the door a smidge. I guess it's up
to Joss if that door creeps open further, or gets slammed in our faces. :(

Buffy:"I could wrestle naked in grease for a living and still be cleaner than
after a shift at the Doublemeat."
Willow:"Plus, I'd visit you at work every single day."
