I thought it might be slightly dodgy that Thomas would go after B/W
(remember, he's not eating, just getting The Master some takeout food,
and two girls would be complication), but having Thomas there to react
to Xander's "I hope he's not a vampire" line was so worth it! And I
loved Xander being able to spot Buffy's crush, to say nothing of all the
ultra-sweet B/W interaction.

Creamy goodness, huh? Yum.

who thinks that Xander, properly motivated, would be almost certainly
capable of killing Buffy. No, he couldn't take her in a fair fight,
which is why he wouldn't fight fair if he felt she had to be put down.
A sniper bullet through the head, poison in the food, or just an
unexpected coshing like Cordy gave her in "Bad Eggs". He'd have to use
surprise, but if he were avenging Willow, I definitely see him coldly
and methodically eliminating Buffy. Certainly, the actual threat of "If
they've hurt Willow, I'll kill you" in "When She Was Bad" was made with
the sincerest intent, not the acknowledged impotence you put in his mind
here.

Or maybe I just really love how Nick says the line, and after that I'm
kickstarting the Fanwank Express...
