Sorry, musta misread the question. It is true that Oz has asked 
about him biting OR scratching ppl, indicating that scratches might 
transfer the "curse" to the victim. And I also agree that Willow 
wasnt truly bitten during Fear Itself, because it was an illusion of 
Oz's worst fear come to life. So, that fact can't really be taken 
into account. My own theory is that Oz asked about scratching ppl 
out of concern that he might have simply hurt someone. But then 
again, Joss IS known for making is own rules. So I say, if you wanna 
write a fic where someone catches lycanthropy from a scratch, go 
ahead and make your own theory! ;)
