The second story I believe is called "Lending a Hand."

It's where Willow casts a spell and becomes extremely horny and 
masturbates to relief the urge, but it just gets worse. Buffy walks 
in, sees the problem, and "Lends a Hand." I think the spell states 
that only true love can break the cycle and therefore Buffy is her 
true love. You can find it under most B/W sections to websites. Try
