OT: House Bill 5211 to allowing hacking your PC if you have MP3's

Hi all. I know I have previously sent to the Pack info about a House Bill to
close several file sharing companies, and I saw several replies from people
who felt that a Peer to Peer file sharing network would appear for every one
that is closed by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America).
However a new bill in the House, H.R. 5211 to allow copyright holders of the
music to use 'any' means to disrupt the network, ISP or individual
computers. The wording on the bill is so vague as to not specify what is
permissible; such as DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) and DOS (Denial of
Service) attacks, worms, viruses or domain name hijacking on the computer
they find is housing MP3's. If this is correct and after reading the House
Bill H.R. 5211 from front to back I am a little disturbed since the bill
specifically 'does not' spell out what they are allowed to do other than
allowing the copyright holder to do $50 of damage to your computer for each
MP3 on it.
The complete bill is here;

If I've bored you I'm sorry, but I thought this was something everyone
should be aware of.
