Question for writers

When I write I tend to do it like an oreo cookie. I start with a beginnig and end in mind and then fill in the creamy goodness.

Now my question is how many of you start off to write a short stand alone fluff piece and Willow's part turns "Dom" all on its own?

Honestly when I came up with Willow's Little Adventure I had a Willow solo scene in mind or maybe a non-bdsm B/W interaction. Then as I let the daydream proceed on it's own, and put it down on "paper", well...spanking insued.

Anyways I was just wondering if it's just me or specifically TheBears influence on me (love your stuff man) or if this is a common afliction
