Well, first of all, I assume you meant to include our sister list
(BuffyLovesWillow) in your question. But no, aside from this list, that
one, and buffyandwillowslash, I don't know any lists devoted
specifically to B/W. (There was another one last year, but it seems to
have been deleted). But there are several groups which offer the
possibility of B/W stories, or other Buffy/female pairings.

note: all groups can be reached by going to a URL that begins with
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/[name of group] (with the actual name of
the group in place of "[name of group]", obviously)

First, there's Jolie's B/W/T list, magikalthree, which allows fics
featuring any two of the three characters, or all three together.

Then there's your own list, (I know you know this, but I figured I ought
to include it in a general posting), the_chosen_six, which expands the
f/f pool by also allowing Cordelia, Faith, and Fred in the mix. So any
two (or more) of the six characters can be used.

Then there are groups that allow any BtVS f/f pairing, like
sapphicslayer, btvs_femme, buffyandbabes, and buffyfemslashers. You can
find B/W and Buffy/female fics there, but there's no guarantee that
Buffy will be in any given story.

Then there are groups like of_hidden_desires and ladyslash, which allow
femslashing from any fandom, although BtVS is well represented. 
And then there are groups that pair Buffy with women other than Willow.
I know of at least three Buffy/Faith lists, two Buffy/Cordy, and one
Buffy/Dawn (I'll omit the names unless requested). I believe there are
also two or three Buffy/Tara lists (not certain of the names, though)
and there's one list that dedicates itself to slashing Buffy with anyone
BUT Willow or Faith. (Poor Willow, there's also a Tara/any woman but
Willow list.) 

Also there are Willow-centric lists where B/W fics may be found, and
some more general lists as well, but I don't want to expand this too
much.
