Been lurking for a bit, thought I would take my turn at writing a story. Let me know what you think, cause I do have a couple other ideas floating around my head. That is when I'm not trying to concentrate on the crossword puzzle....I mean class, yeah I ment class. Well, here it is.

The core scoobies stood fighting in Giles?s living room. Buffy was very near her breaking point

?You guys stop this! What happened to you today?? 

?It?s not today. Buffy, things have been wrong for awhile, don?t yousee that??

?What do you mean wrong??

?Well, they certainly haven?t been right, since Tara. We have to face it, you can?t handle Tara being my girlfriend.?

?Ok fine, you?re right I can?t. Because I want to be your girlfriend!?

Xander stood there, dumbfounded

?Tara?s your girlfriend? And whoa, YOU want to be her girlfriend??

?Bloody Hell!? was Giles? response from upstairs

?Yes. Willow, I?ve told you I love you on numerous occasions, but never pressed the issue when it appeared that you didn?t feel the same. Thenyou go and tell me you?re in love with Tara? Of course I was freaked!?

?All those times, I thought you meant it as a friend. Buffy, I?ve beenin love with you from the moment I saw you. But I never thought that you would feel the same. I?m so, so, sorry!? Tears start to trickle down her cheeks

?There?s nothing to be sorry about Will.? Buffy said as she hugged the redhead ?I missed my chance and you?re with her. Pure and simple, that?s it. I won?t be the one to break up something as wonderful as thetwo of you have for my own selfish pleasures.? She pulled away to look her in the eyes ?Just promise you?ll always be my friend, cause I know I could never live without you!? And with that, tears start to flow from her eyes as well.

?Of course Buffy, I could never live without you either. And Tara knows,about me loving you. She told me she saw it before I told her I loved her. She said she?d understand if I wanted to be with you.?

?I told you, I WON?T be the one to break the two of you up.?

?That?s fine, cause I?m doing the breaking up. You?re the one I want to be with, always have been, always will be.?

?Oh Willow, you don?t know long I?ve wanted to hear you say that!? As soon as the words were out of her mouth, Buffy leaned in to give Willowa deep passionate kiss that conveyed all the love and devotion that words couldn?t?

Xander had just stood by and watched the whole scene unfold. When they kissed, all he could think to say was ?So now Buffy?s your girlfriend??

?About bloody time!? came Giles? response.
