Got to love Buffy, spelling it out oh-so-simply. And the implicit
insecurity, in asking if they could play this game every night. Without
any big "love" declarations, she lets Willow know that she always wants
intimacy to be a part of their friendship, and perhaps couching it in
terms of the living situation is the stress-free way to go. It's
certainly thematic, for what else was Buffy asking Willow to do when she
wanted her to move in, but share her life? A good tonguing merely seals
the deal :)

Oh, and I can so see Buffy holding Will to that "every night" promise
now :)
