Hi :)

I actually had to do the same thing in English a few weeks back, and 
since I couldn't find one in an episode, I used a thought-fanfic. I 
used a Cordy/Xander one called "Why Me?" and just replaces at 
the "Xander's" with "He's" and the "Willow's" with "She's" etc. You

choose one of your own. :)
