Regarding the episode description for "Him" ("When Dawn develops a crush on
a high-school jock (Thad
Luckinbill), Buffy, Anya and Willow inexplicably fall for him too")...
SpoilerSlayer.com is reporting that Willow is attracted to the high-school jock in this episode but is confused because she knows she's gay. She therefore decides to use magic to turn the jock into a female. Whether or not this spoiler is accurate, well, we won't know until next week.
