FIC: Untamed 7/?

Pairing: Willow/ Buffy
Spoilers: I guess all of the shows this is A/U but some of it might 
come up.
Summery: Sequel to Wild one.



Willow and Faith sat on a bench and watched the kids play on the 
playground. Faith turned and looked at the woman who was just not 
just her watcher but the person who she would call her best 
friend, "So where are you taking Buffy tonight?"
"Well I thought a romantic evening at an AA meeting, maybe dinner and 
I'm going to ask her to marry me."
"So you're going to finally tell her about the AA meetin? HUH, marry 
you", Faith squealed. Willow couldn't help but laugh at the shocked 
slayer, "Yeah, we have been together for six years and I thought that 
we should do it. I mean it's still not legal but I love her and I 
want everyone to know it. Well if she will after everything I have 
done lately."
"Oh I don't think you have anything to worry about", Faith said and 
could seem to get the smile off her face, "Ok what can I do to help."
"Well I'm going to go talk to Joyce and Giles after I drop off the 
kids. I think it would be nice to get their permission first. So I'm 
going to ask them to let Josh and Joy spend the night there. Then I 
need to talk to Xander and Cordy and find out if Anna and Alex can 
stay there. So I have the kids all taken care of. I do need you and 
Tara to do one thing for me. So here's the plan."


Buffy was in the kitchen doing the dishes and talking to Tara when 
the kids, Faith and Willow came through the back door. The younger 
ones went to watch TV and Anna went to use the phone leaving the 
adults to themselves. Faith grabbed Tara's hand and pulled her to the 
living room, "Hey Tar, I think I heard something about the kids 
watching Winnie the Pooh and you know I can't pass up the Pooh 
bear." Buffy laughed at the slayer and turned to Willow, "Hey would 
like to stay for dinner tonight?"
"I wish that I could but I need to go see someone. I was thinking I 
could pick you up at about 5. I thought we could have dinner after we 
did the thing."
"What thing are we doing and how should I dress?"
"Casual is good and I'm not telling you where we are going it is a 
surprise", Willow said and went to say goodbye to everyone.


Tara pulled Faith into the foyer, "Ok, really Pooh Bear, what's 
going all?"
"Willow's going to ask Buffy to marry her tonight." Tara started to 
jump and down, "No shit."
"Yup and we get to play a part in things."
Half an hour later Willow found herself sitting at the kitchen 
table in the Giles home.
"So Willow what can we do for you", Joyce asked her daughters 
girlfriend.
"Well, um, you know that I love Buffy right and I would never hurt 
her on purpose. I know that I have and if she will let me I will 
spend the rest of my life making it up to her." Joyce looked at her 
and knew that she was telling the truth and nodded her head.
"I want to ask her to marry me. I wanted to ask you guys first seeing 
as you're her mom and Giles is the closest thing she has to a 
father. Giles cleared his throat and asked in his sternest 
voice, "So you are asking for our blessing, then."
"Yes", Willow whispered, "There are some things that I want to tell 
you first. Faith is the only one who knows about this because I 
wanted to do this by myself. I have been going to AA meetings every 
night and seeing a therapist once a week. I haven't had a drink in a 
month. I know that this doesn't make it all go away but someone 
pointed out that I let them win if I destroy the best thing that has 
ever happened to me." Joyce got up and pulled the red head into a hug 
as the tears fell down her cheeks, "Willow, I want you to know that I 
don't hold anything against you. I look at where you were ten years 
ago and look at the woman you have become today. You are a very 
successful teacher and you have kept one of the oldest slayers alive 
and well. I would be happy to give you my blessing." Giles looked at 
his colleague and smiled, "Well looks like I'm gaining a daughter-in-
law."
"Now just one more favor. Can you take the Josh and Joy tonight?" 
Joyce got up and picked up the phone and called Buffy. She talked for 
a minute and then hung up the phone, "Done".
"Ok here's the plan."


Tara looked into Buffy bedroom and found the pregnant slayer 
sitting on the floor in a big pile of clothes, "Um Buff, is something 
wrong?"
"Can you believe that I have nothing to wear?"
"Um, no", Tara said and picked up a sleeveless sundress that was one 
of her favorites, "Here, this one always looks good on you and she 
said to go casual."
"God I don't think I was this nervous on our first date", Buffy 
looked at the clock and groaned. The doorbell rang and she 
panicked, "Oh no. Tara can you go stall for me while I finish getting 
dressed." Tara was happy she was going to get a minute alone with 
Willow to wish her luck not that she thought she was going to need it.
"Hey Will, Buffy wasn't quite ready. I just want to say good luck 
tonight. Faith and I have everything under control here, so just 
enjoy yourself tonight."
"Are you ok with this? I know that she is your best friend and I have 
done some stupid things."
"I just want her to be happy and I know that you are the only one who 
will make that happen." Buffy came down the stairs and Willow felt 
her knees go weak.
"Hey", Willow said shyly.
"Hey, are you ready."
"Y-yes", Willow stuttered. Buffy laughed at her girlfriend and they 
walked out to the car. Willow opened the door and Buffy leaned in 
kissed her before she got into the car. Willow put her hands to her 
lips and stood in shock at the small gesture.
