That's one rumor I heard. Another report I heard, that makes more sense in 
light of the storyline(which I still haven't seen, thanks to Spokane's 
current lack of a UPN affiliate! :-( ) is that Amber turned down the script 
because she didn't want to turn the W/T relationship into a cause for 
Willow's sorrow. From what I heard, this kinda reminds me of 'Amends'; with 
Tara instead of Jenny, playing head games with Willow instead of Angel. I 
suspect that if they were to do a story where Willow's memory of Tara was 
preserved instead of tarnished, Amber would say, "Two things, Joss; what 
time, and what do I wear?"
