I think part of buffys problem is quite nicely summed up in the 7 07 ep, talking to dead people. Let me dig out a spoilerspace thingie and ill get to it.

Anyway, as i was saying, the psyche-vamp in ep 7 summed up buffys problems quite neatly i think, in that impromtu counceling session they pulled off in the middle of the graveyard. In short, buffy has a superiority complex about being the slayer(noone else's opinions matters, they havent done what she has, and dont know what she does), but she also has a inferiority complex about the fact that she has a superiority complex(at this point i was laughing a bit too much to really pay attention anymore)

As a sidenote, i gotta say i really enjoyed this ep, and i cant wait to read Dans review of it, so please do hurry up and write one Dan!
