As a mother myself and talking to my mother kids can come pretty 
quickly when they want to, my older sister was born in 40 mins, and 
buffy was in labour for a little while first. Also didn't Buffy and 
Willow already have a couple of their own kids in this fic? I think 
so.

Anyway thats just my 2 cents worth
