Actually, if I remember right, a friend of my sister's was only in the hospital for twenty minutes before she gave birth. When the baby wants out, itgets out.

Willow had one, from the rape in the first story, and they adopted two others, but I thought it was pointed out in the first chapter that this was Buffy's first pregnancy. If I'm wrong, I apologize. Still, even if it isn't, fifteen minutes seems kinda fast.
